Tour Diaries: Days 30 - 33
Day 30
Philadelphia PA
Happy October. I did not get to run up the infamous stairs to the Art Museum that Rocky ran up. We did, however, get to record a session for the renowned syndicated radio show World Cafe Live. So that was fun. My drums again, sounded deadly in the room. Lookout.
Weird crowd at the show tonight.
Day 31
Philadelphia PA to Boston MA
The crowd tonight in Boston was lively! Great night. It seemed as though we already had fans there. Which is strange seeing as we've never played in Boston. It is weird and awesome to walk out to a crowd in a city you've never played and see people wearing your band's shirts and singing along to all the words of your songs.
Not complaining about it though. Hell of a time.
Day 32: So It's Not a Just a Clever Name
Boston MA to North East PA
After finally getting to sleep in for the first time in weeks, we left a beautiful autumnal Boston and drove all day to stay the night in North East, Pennsylvania. North East is located in northeast Pennsylvania. Yep. It sits right on Lake Erie, a very great lake if I do say so myself. If you are in North East Pennsylvania and slip on a banana peel, you are likely to land in south west New York.
I spent my night off watching football and getting hammered in a local bar next to the hotel. I always enjoy drinking at shitty local places. Save the bartender, there was not a female in the bar. And I would also put money on the fact the were the youngest people in there. Every one else was throwing darts and playing shitty active rock on the the jukebox. I had fun, but admittedly would be rather depressed if I had to hang out there all the time. Everyday? Now that's just depressing.
Day 33
North East PA to Cleveland OH
